- The three 60 minute sessions are done Online using WhatsApp video or FaceTime.

- Sessions must be taken 1 to 2 week apart.

- All three sessions must be booked and completed by Tuesday 23rd December 2025.

- Full payment of £297 for package taken at time of booking via online payment link (all major debit & credits cards accepted plus Apple and Google Pay).

- Find out how Online Sessions are equally as effective as In Person Sessions.

- No refunds. If you can't make a session you must give me 24 hours notice to re-schedule (subject to appointment availability) before the package expires on 23rd December 2025.
